Bomb Farm Fusion and Rarity

Uncommon to Mythic tracks, duplicate stars, and when not to combine bodies.

Fusion and Rarity

Fusion is how Bomb Farm turns duplicates into quality. Official gear copy talks about collecting stars by fusing duplicates. Community testers talk about combining heroes into higher rarities. House shows collection bars for Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythic, each toward 20. Those three facts share a room: Ritual for the hammer, House for the capsules, Heroes for the portraits.

This page is the “do not eat that” guide. For the hammer itself, keep Gear and Ritual open. For who is worth keeping, keep roles open.

Rarity ladder

Lowest to highest on the House panel:

  1. Uncommon (Incomum)
  2. Rare (Raro)
  3. Epic (Épico)
  4. Legendary (Lendária)
  5. Mythic (Mítico)

Each row on launch UI is a 0/20 style track with a lock until you start filling it. Filling the track is a collection goal, not a damage stat by itself. A Mythic bar at 1/20 feels good and still loses to a geared Rare that is on the dock.

Do not chase Mythic at the expense of three living squads. Energy is still the overnight bottleneck.

Hero fusion rules we will actually stand behind

  • Never fuse your last copy of a role you cannot replace. Last Collector is sacred.
  • Never fuse a hero whose affixes you have not read. Identify in Ritual first.
  • Never fuse because the capsule animation is pretty.
  • Prefer fusing duplicates of the same role into a keeper of that role.
  • If the client warns about chance or destruction, believe it. We will not invent success rates.

Launch testers already watched a lucky Rare fail to appear on any “top hero” board. Fusion is not a skip-the-Map button. Progression still wants nodes.

Item stars versus hero rarity

Stars on gear and rarity on heroes can both come from duplicates and can both live in Ritual. They are not the same spend:

  • Item stars raise a piece you already decided to wear. Good after +4.
  • Hero fusion changes which body occupies a House capsule. Permanent if the client does not offer a split.

When gold is tight, star the helmet on the Attacker you send out. When House is full of identical Uncommon bombers, fusion is on the table. When House is full of unique Specialists, fusion is how you brick a season.

Market, fusion, and regret

The Steam Market wants identified extras. Fusion wants duplicates. Those two sinks fight. Order of operations:

  1. Keep one wearer.
  2. Keep one fusion fooder if the keeper is close to a star or rarity step.
  3. List the rest if the affix is obvious and squad C does not need it.
  4. If you cannot explain the affix, keep it a week. Deep Glacier is still in your future.

Multi-account fooders for fusion are a ban fantasy. Stream On has already talked about Market abuse. Do not.

House bars as a hobby, not a job

The 20-step rarity bars are a long collection. They pair with achievements such as Relic, Myth, Living Legend, and Full Ritual — names from Steam, not a promise that fusion equals those badges. Play the bars when Battle is already running. Do not sit in House tapping fuse instead of sending a squad.

If a season reset is real, fusion becomes even more conservative. Track that on seasons. If there is no reset, you still do not get a medal for deleting your only Support.

A worked example (no fake names)

You have three Uncommon Attackers, one Rare Collector, one Uncommon Support. Fuse Attackers only if the tooltip says the result stays Attacker and you will still have a bomber on the dock. Do not touch the Collector. Put the Support in squad B so Easy overnight still has a pulse. Spend leftover gold on Ritual +ranks for the Collector, not on a fourth Attacker duplicate.

That example is the whole page in one story. The early-game tier list will tell you which duplicate is actually a duplicate when named heroes exist. Until then, roles and last-copies are the law.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Should I fuse heroes on day one?

Usually no. Fill House, keep one of each role, then fuse true duplicates. See Getting Started.

What rarities exist?

Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, matching the House collection tracks.

Are stars the same as rarity?

Stars are a gear quality layer from duplicates. Rarity is the hero ladder. Both can sit in Ritual; do not confuse the buttons.

Can I buy fused heroes?

Official copy says they do not sell power or loot boxes. Player listings go through the Steam Market.
